The show
|
 ‘Painters’ is set on a building site. Watching three men at work in their
seemingly mundane job may seem boring. However when we see what their
imagination is up to with back flips, extreme stunts with equipment, breaking
the laws of gravity and building rhythms from everything around, the day soon
becomes far from mundane. The characters live pretty normal lives.
Nevertheless, they like to embellish and distort stories to impress one
another, and when these stories come to life… anything could happen.
This show is one to be enjoyed by the whole family. As a spectacle it works for
children of all ages (3- 90). It’s full of comedic slapstick jokes, physical
spectacle and heart felt issues. Set on a building site ‘painters’ is aimed at
normal people enjoying theatre. This is sure to have the whole audience leaving
with a huge grin on their face, a real crowd puller.
